My only concern is that sometimes it's difficult to get past the somewhat aggressive person at the front desk, who can make it difficult to see Jon or Cheryl. She may have been asked to do this, but can be a little annoying. Also, the other agents there need additional training. I was told something earlier that Cheryl confirmed was incorrect, and it was costly for me.

I was rear ended in Florida last year while driving a rental car. It does not get to be a bigger mess than that. Jon was there to work with the Accident folks at State Farm and to help me deal with all the decisions and challenges.
Cheryl had suggested I consider Non-Owner Vehicle insurance about three months before my trip. (I rent cars about six or more months a year.) That Non-Owner vehicle insurance covered the rental car company's "administrative fees" and "Lost vehicle revenu.e" If you are a frequent car rental customer, I highly advise talking to Cheryl about this level of coverage. It is inexpensive and covers most of the costs.
